Interior Painting
SSP specializes in residential interior repaints. We have a variety of packages for our interior projects, primarily the 3-rooms for $300. Free-hand cutting in all edges is always straight and done with the absolute best quality. After that, we would say our clients are most impressed by how little time it takes to complete most jobs, those being complete in 1 day with 2 coats.

Package options for interior work are defined by what you actually want done. On average, we charge $120 a room, Walls/2 coats/minor repairs/sanding/clean-up. Any worker who comes to your home will be professional, wearing whites and have at least 2 years experience(working under myself or a senior painter of at least 5 years)
Our goal for all projects is to be available when you are available, and to finish in 1 or 2 days on projects up to $2000. We are always there when we say we will be, and on time (8am start). We use Cloverdale Premium Paint, all other paint requires a paint upgrade fee depending the brand, or the paint can be supplied for us and we will provide a refund per gallon used.
Exterior Painting
May the work provided to you by SSP be interior, exterior, wood-work or drywall, we take a lot of pride in the projects we do. We want our good work to be picture perfect every time.
Exteriors are exteriors. We will paint your house, garage, doors, decks, railings, house numbers! If it's outside and needs to be painted, it can be done.

All bare wood will see oil primer before any latex top coats, insuring the longtivity on the paints finish. Prices vary from 40 hr per guy, power sanding (yes or no) and paint per square foot for fixed rate.(trim/colors/height also play factors in these quotes)
These projects are simple to do, but can be up to a week to complete. All the work we do can be repaint/refinish to new construction/renovation. We make sure to do a job properly with the proper products, no matter what the previous surfaces state was.
SSP jobs are ALWAYS minimum 2 coats of finish color, no matter oil or latex paint. We guarantee it. Interior and Exterior.
Color changes, feature walls, detailed trim.
Re-paint, renovation, re-finish, repair.
Drywall, wood work, cabinets, hand rails.
We welcome it all, there is a lot of experience and talent on SSP's roster.
Cabinet & Wood Finishing
There isn't many affordable paint companies that would re-do cabinets and hand-rails, but it can be done. We can bring the life right back to your kitchen with a little sanding and a splash of paint.

This for now is part of SSP I(Chris Snape) will do myself, until I can share my experience with the other employees. After working in West Vancouver, all homes being high-end, re-finishing wood work has become an exciting part of this trade for me.
Ugly old basement suite cabinets can throw friends or tenants off. Give them a sand, prime, 2 coats of white and clean the whole unit up. If you want that beautiful natural walnut to be glass like smooth and have a deep clear coat, 4-6 coats poly eurothane then it will be the feature of your home.
Wood work starts at $40/hr.
