These prices are for a general idea. All prices quoted during the actual estimate will be the contacted total, it won't change unless more or less work is actually to be completed. Upon which time, the estimator will arrange adjustments. Workers have nothing to do with prices or doing work outside the contract without verification from the estimator.

Renewing the look of old un-attractive wood work to a solid color of semi gloss. Durable and practical, cheap by far compared to a re-finish. Great for rental suites, basement cabinets. $40/hr.
Re-finishing all types of wood, solid stain, stain, clear coat. Detail sand and prep work. Oil products.
