All jobs begin with a call! We will arrange a time and date for an estimate in as short of a time as possible, During the estimate, we will go over everything that will be completed, those being:

 

- On Time. When we say we will be.

- Introduction of the workers and a walk-through of the work to be completed.

- Confirm colors, cans labeled for each room. Touch-up paint is sealed and given to customer is keep for reference/repair.

- Placing of drop-sheets, then tools loaded into a central area where they will stay organized.

- Inspection of the walls, scraping and sanding, removal of nails, face-plates, hangings, fixtures.

- Filling of all holes, dents, inperfections.

- Oil spray spot priming on permanent marker/ink/water-stains.

- Cut & roll method of painting. The straightest of lines and 2 even coats, with good brushes and rolling sleeves. Quality tools.

- Replace all removed face-plates, fixtures and other permanent hangings. Pictures can be hung 24 hours after the job is complete.

- Clean up of all areas.

- Final inspection and touch-ups done by lead hand, then by home owner.

- A receipt will be filed out if requested. *Plus tax for receipt and cheque.
